FITT 2015 – Call for Proposals

The President’s Initiative for Faculty Innovations in Teaching with Technology

Deadline extended to March 9

What is FITT?

Faculty Innovations in Teaching with Technology (FITT) is a selective program for faculty seeking to enhance student learning by developing innovative approaches to teaching that include the use of technology. The FITT program supports creative pedagogical approaches to familiar technologies (such as Blackboard), the exploration of less familiar technologies that enable students to learn in new ways, and the development of fully online courses. FITT award winners have successfully enriched courses, engaged students, and innovated within and beyond the classroom.

FITT cultivates a vibrant community of faculty who are committed to sharing their innovations and experiences with colleagues. By fostering a culture of reflection on teaching, FITT encourages faculty to contribute to the scholarship of teaching and learning.
