In this interactive workshop, we will discuss together a set of activities that every academic program can benefit from by conducting every few years as a form of assessment for the entire program. In addition, these activities can help prepare the program well for its upcoming assessment cycle, academic program review, and participation in Hunter’s reaccreditation by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education. This set of activities includes: regular assessment, review of student learning outcomes, review of the curriculum map, and review of syllabi. So that this can be a truly interactive workshop, please make sure you have your program learning outcomes, curriculum map, and a few syllabi handy!
