Experiential learning activities engage students by asking them to “learn by doing” and then reflect on their experiences. Experiential activities may include visits to locations in the field or cultural institutions, service learning, internships, performances, and hands-on lab activities. Our presenters will discuss how they incorporate experiential learning into a variety of disciplines, including environmental sciences, nursing, and the arts.
