Advising college students is a crucial part of the educational experience, and goes far beyond simply telling students which classes to take. In order to highlight the important role advisors play in our students’ lives, representatives from a variety of offices and programs will engage in a discussion of their approaches to advising Hunter students, and how advising contributes to the educational mission of the college by fostering student engagement and success.
