Our contract requires that our classes be observed regularly. What are we really taking from the experience in terms of our professional development? In this roundtable discussion we’ll examine the practice from the perspective of observers and observees. What makes for a “good” peer observation? How can we ensure meaningful follow-up? Our speakers will share insights from different disciplines and career stages. We’ll also discuss the challenges of observation in hybrid and online courses, something treated in the new contract.

Lunch will be provided!
