This lunchtime seminar is a follow-up to our very popular “Recommendations for Letters of Recommendation” last fall! This seminar provides frameworks for conducting supportive teaching observations for meaningful pedagogical development. Panelists will share experience- and evidence-based practices for preparing, observing, and delivering constructive feedback that fosters trust and growth. Participants will come away with practical methods they can use immediately to enhance the quality, transparency, and positive impact of the observation process.
