Donna (Nursing) was a Fellow for the 2015-16 academic year. Her work focused on using educational technologies in nursing education. Her work with the New York City Nursing Education Consortium in Technology (NYCET) culminated in a Lunchtime Seminar titled, “Using technology to improve learner-centered nursing education: A CUNY-wide faculty development program,” in which she discussed cutting-edge approaches to online courses and blended learning. During her tenure as a Fellow, Donna also received the Mary Adelaide Nutting Award for Outstanding Teaching or Leadership in Nursing Education, one of nursing’s highest honors, recognizing her for her leadership and advancement in nursing education
