Our students have diverse experiences, identities, strengths, and learning needs. They also have a range of prior knowledge in our respective disciplines, calling for a differentiated learning approach, where the learning goals remain the same and the path(s) to reaching them are varied. This seminar invites faculty to explore evidence-based approaches that help all students thrive. Participants will learn how differentiated instruction, culturally responsive pedagogy, and Universal Design for Learning (UDL) methods can work to create more flexible, accessible, and equitable learning environments.
