The Hunter College Library is hosting a Wikipedia Art and Art History Edit-a-thon during Open Access Week at the Zabar Art Library.

Wikipedia edit-a-thons provide those new to Wikipedia with the opportunity to learn to edit Wikipedia articles.

As the first ever Wikipedia Edit-a-thon at Zabar Library, the event will focus on editing Art & Art History articles, and will provide participants with the opportunity to help improve the encyclopedia. Check out their Wikipedia meetup page here.

The event will draw a wide range of students, faculty, and staff from throughout Hunter College. A limited number of laptops will be available for students use.

The Wikipedia Edit-a-thon will be held on Thursday, October 27, from 1-5 pm, in the Zabar Art Library, Room 1608 HN.
