During my tenure as a Faculty Fellow at ACERT, I led a series of workshops where over 30 faculty, staff, and students joined forces to learn about the principles and practices of Universal Design and its application in higher education.

The power of using video has been demonstrated in training teachers and is an on-going goal of the School of Education. I believe my FITT project has been improved by engaging students in the process of creating and analyzing videos of their own practice.
